Well then DC, I thank you. The '60s Mod chap concerned was way across the road ( the final image is a crop of a telephoto from 200m away)

He seemed well into his own grumpy space, I dare not say hello, for I sensed a "P*SS OFF!" might have been in the offing. :)

I too like the background display.
I bet that chap found it difficult though...riding his scooter what with him having only one leg like :)
